We have been involved in the
development of over 50 freestanding Logan's Roadhouse restaurants and
remodels throughout the U.S. during our 15 year relationship.
We are presently involved in
the development of their second prototype. The current prototype in use
is this 8,000 square foot, 275 seat restaurant.
